2026 Tax Sales
This is a sale of real estate, house trailers, etc. For non-payment of taxes. Properties to be sold for taxes are offered twice. Any property not selling at the first scheduled sale will be offered again two weeks later.
The property is sold for the amount of delinquent taxes, penalties, assessments and all costs associated with this action.
We do not have access to these properties for viewing. You are buying the property as it is at time of sale. This is an open auction held in the lobby of the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office, buyer is required to pay 10% of their bid at time of sale.
We do not take personal checks. All delinquent taxes, penalties, assessments and costs are paid out of the proceeds of sale.
This is a court action and may take several weeks and sometimes several months to complete.
Terms of Sale:
10% of the bid, cash or certified check, is due at the time of sale with balance of the bid is due when the sale is confirmed by the Crawford County Common Pleas Court.
